The episode opens with RV, Yug, and Diya arriving at a rain-soaked cemetery, desperately searching for Purvi. They know they’re racing against time, as Purvi is trapped inside a coffin, buried alive. RV instructs Yug and Diya to help locate the fresh grave, while inside the coffin, Purvi bangs helplessly, praying for a miracle as water begins seeping in.
Monisha wakes up in Jasbir’s car, hands tied. As they drive toward the cemetery, Monisha tries to sabotage his mission by pulling the steering wheel, but Jasbir is determined to save Purvi, vowing nothing will stop him. Monisha then reveals her true intentions—she wants Purvi to die.
Back at the cemetery, Yug spots an unmarked grave, and the trio frantically starts digging in the rain. Meanwhile, Sahil and Neha confront Mathew, who demands money for Purvi’s location. Neha insists on seeing Purvi’s body before handing over the cash.
As RV, Yug, and Diya dig deeper, RV discovers something that belongs to Purvi, and they uncover the coffin. In a tense moment, RV manages to unlock it, only to find Purvi unconscious and surrounded by water. Desperately, RV gives her CPR, and after a few agonizing moments, she regains consciousness but faints again.
Determined to save her, RV rushes Purvi to the hospital. Despite the lack of staff, RV refuses to wait and carries Purvi to the emergency room himself. Meanwhile, Jasbir confronts Monisha, who cruelly hopes Purvi is already dead. Jasbir, however, stands firm, reminding Monisha of Purvi’s strength and how she once saved RV’s life.
