In this episode, Abhira arrives at the restaurant to surprise Armaan with her pregnancy announcement but faints from dizziness. A doctor informs Armaan of her condition. Abhira regains consciousness, she prepares to share the news but Armaan unexpectedly suggests they abort the baby.
Abhira wakes up in her bedroom surprised to find herself there after falling asleep in the parking lot. Suspecting Armaan brought her inside, she decides to look for him. She notices the food he set out for her and tries to call him, but her phone is dead. In the hall, Ruhi informs Abhira that Armaan has already left for work, making a snide comment, leaving Abhira in tears. As she walks away feeling emotional, the smell of laddo makes her nauseous, reminding her of her pregnancy.
Armaan regrets not giving Abhira the chance to confess the truth. Just as he considers meeting her, Atul reminds him of a scheduled meeting with Manchandani. Reluctantly, Armaan heads to the restaurant, unaware that it’s part of Abhira’s surprise plan to announce her pregnancy. Atul tips off Abhira, and she heads to the restaurant as well, excited to share the big news.
At the restaurant, Abhira drops her phone and unknowingly leaves it behind. Armaan, recognizing it as hers, picks it up. Abhira faints due to dizziness, and a nearby doctor informs Armaan that her fainting is common during pregnancy. Armaan is shocked to learn that Abhira is pregnant.
\Charu prepares to meet Neeraj, while her family teases her about it. Her father gifts her a bracelet, reassuring her about Neeraj's character.
Back at the restaurant, Abhira regains consciousness and prepares to reveal her pregnancy to Armaan. However, Armaan is still reeling from the news and doesn't respond. As the episode ends, Abhira finally tells Armaan that they are expecting a baby, only for him to shock her by suggesting that they abort it.
